Can I BYO? Yes at your campsite but NO not into the festival. There is a no glass and no BYO rule within our licence requirements.
Do I need a ticket for the festival?
Yes, a ticket must be purchased preferably prior to the festival or a day pass can be purchased at the gate.
Can I camp at the festival?
Yes, camping is available at the football oval. Please see the accomodation page for more details and further accomodation options.
Do I need to book my campsite?
No, camping is available on a "first in best dressed" basis.
Can I rock up early in the week and leave later?
Yes, feel free to start your stint in Patchewollock early and leave later. The official festival dates are 16th - 18th October 2026, but the pub & shop will be open and welcoming tourists before and after those dates.
Are dogs allowed at the festival?
Dogs are not permitted in the festival arena. Dogs are permitted at your camp, but must be restrained on a lead at all times & cleaned up after.
Can I have a campfire?
No, the landscape becomes quite dry during October, so for safety reasons we do not allow campfires.
Is there an open mic stage for budding musicians?
On Thursday 15th evening Roy & Sarah will be hosting a open mic session from 6PM and on Sunday 18th afternoon the pub stage will be setup with a small PA for budding musicians to perform and have a jam, so please bring your instruments along. We have a few artists to kick off the day but feel free to rock up.
Can I get fuel?
Fuel is available from the Patchewollock Community Store.
Opening hours during the festival are:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am - 1pm
Thursday-Friday 8am - 1pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am - 1pm
Is there phone service in Patchewollock?
Yes, Telstra only.
Can I get money out? Yes, the pub and Community store has facilities for some cash out but it pays to be prepared. There will be EFTPOS facilities at the venue.
Don't forget to bring your camp chair!
Do you have dietary requirements? We have Vegetarian, Gluten free options available also.
Drinking Water: The water is not safe for drinking. However, you can still use this water for household activities, such as watering gardens, flushing toilets, irrigation and laundry. You can also use it for showering or bathing, as long as you're careful to avoid swallowing the water. There is water available for purchase at the General Store. No rainwater tanks are accesible but there will be a water cart provided by GWM Water over the weekend to fill your water bottles up.
